Previously held a senior management position at a reputable public listed property developer and was seconded to China to oversee the operations of offices in Chengdu and Shanghai. Key areas of responsibility included strategic budgeting, cost control, sales management, marketing, talent acquisition, and administrative oversight.
Throughout the tenure in China, demonstrated a strong ability to navigate cultural and market-specific dynamics.
